Removal will produce edges that survive motion and compression, so a cut out subject can sit over a generated scene.

Scenes are generated as complete frames, which sidesteps cutouts entirely for videos made here.

No. It is in development and there is no image upload yet.
How do I put a subject in a scene now?
Describe it in your prompt. The scene is generated with the subject already in it.
Will it support video as well as stills?
Stills first. Video cutouts are a harder problem and would follow later.
